How to do the reverse plank pose
Start in Staff Pose, seated with both legs stretched straight before you. Place each hand on either side of your hips with your fingers facing the bottom of your mat toward your toes. Inhale and slowly lift your chest toward the sky. Let your head fall back naturally. Hold the position for five to ten breaths before carefully lowering back to the ground. Repeat several times.
